Payment is normally via 3 stage payments with the balance on completion. Stage progress photographs are always supplied to keep clients aware of how the building works are advancing.

Friendly advice is always on hand to help you source and choose the correct materials and products for your particular property.

We also understand that on many projects the customer may decide that alterations are necessary to the original plan in order to achieve the best result, and we always remain flexible to accommodate this. As the customer you will deal directly with us and not through other parties or project managers, thus eliminating the risk of confusion between the customer and the builder.
